If you were after a custom design with a certain font style or wording, please message us and we will be able to assist you. After the order is placed please allow 1-2 business days for a mock up design file to be sent to you for approval.
This is done via the Etsy chat service. With the nature of the product being acrylic there will be very minor imperfections.
All our products are securely packaged, if by any chance they have been damaged during transit services please contact us immediately.
Delivery: Australian orders - All parcels will be sent via standard post and will take 2+ business days depending on your location with tracking and signature on delivery (for most orders).
Express post is an optional upgrade for a fee and your parcel will be delivered next business day within the Express Post delivery network and fastest possible delivery for other areas.
