After the order is placed please allow 1-2 business days for a mock up design file to be sent to you for approval.
To clean and care for your acrylic signs please use a damp cloth and water. With the nature of the product being acrylic there will be very minor imperfections.
All our products are securely packaged, if by any chance they have been damaged during transit services please contact us immediately.
